Change or cancel

1. Sign in at design.tashvi.ai.
2. Open Settings → Billing and choose Manage.
3. Pick a new plan, or cancel your subscription.

Changes and cancellations happen in our secure billing portal, run by Stripe.

When you cancel

• You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Then your account moves to Free and your remaining monthly credits end.
• Your designs stay in your Gallery.

If a payment fails

We'll email you and keep your plan active for a while so you can update your card under Settings → Billing → Manage. If it isn't fixed within 21 days, the account moves to Free.

Plans bought on the web can't be changed in the app. See plans in the mobile app.
