Tashvi subscriptions renew automatically and are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Extra credits are non-refundable too.
Charged by mistake?
If you think a charge is wrong, email us with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We review every request.
Avoid the next renewal
Cancel your plan before your renewal date. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Paid through the App Store or Google Play?
Apple and Google handle those payments and refunds. Request a refund from them directly.
