Can't sign in or forgot your password

Reset your password

• Web: on the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?, enter your email, and follow the link we send you.
• App: on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the link.

The reset link only works for accounts that use an email and password.

Not sure how you signed up?

If the app tells you your email is registered with Google or Apple, use that button instead of a password. Each account remembers the way it was created.
