What happens to your data
What Tashvi keeps, what you can delete, and how long records are retained.

While your account is open
We keep your profile, designs, uploads and chats so you can use them on every device. You can delete individual conversations at any time, and you can delete your whole account.
Who can see your designs
- On Free, new designs are shared to Explore, which only signed-in members can see.
- On Basic and above, designs are private by default.
After you delete your account
Your account data is permanently deleted 30 days after you confirm. A few records must be kept by law:

| Payment and invoice records, with your name and email removed | 8 years |
| Payment processor records (Stripe) | 5–7 years |
| Audit logs | At least 1 year |
| Encrypted backups | Up to 90 days |

To have specific designs or uploads removed, or to ask for deletion without the 30-day wait, email us from the address on your account. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
