Delete your account

You can delete your Tashvi account at any time, from the Tashvi app or from the web. Deletion can be undone for 30 days, then it's permanent.

In the Tashvi app (iPhone or Android)

1. Open the Tashvi app and sign in.
2. Tap the ⋯ menu, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type your account email to confirm.
5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web

1. Sign in at design.tashvi.ai.
2. Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Type your account email to confirm, then delete.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@tashvi.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by reply and delete it for you.

What happens next

• Right away, your designs and chats are hidden from Explore and other members, any Tashvi web subscription is canceled, and you are signed out.
• For 30 days you can change your mind: sign back in and choose Cancel deletion.
• After 30 days, deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

What is deleted

After 30 days we permanently delete your profile, name, photo and contact details; all your designs, uploaded reference images and 3D drafts; your conversations; your preferences, design memory and API keys; and your sign-in record.

What is kept, and for how long

Before you delete

• App Store or Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account doesn't stop them, so cancel in your store settings first.
• Workspace owners: if your workspace has other members, transfer ownership first. If it has an active Team plan, cancel it in Settings → Billing first.
